The NCIOG is a Model Train Building and Operating Club Located in the North East Atlanta Suburbs. This is a Round Robin Club with Limited Membership.
I can't stop laughing!!! This is great! Sure do miss you guys. Actually got to go to a big ops session tonight and made some new friends. Ran five trains and had a lot of fun. I still don't understand what the magic wood block does.
ReplyDeleteYou see, the block represented a train, with geographic direction and track polarity printed on it. By following the not-yet-existing track to the point where the standard gauge interchanges with the narrow gauge, I could ensure that the wiring on the narrow gauge is the proper polarity to prevent a short circuit when the track power is connected. I guess I may have left that part out of the explanation...
